GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Bookings can be made either in person or by phone.

While every care will be given to animals, they are boarded entirely at your risk.

We are authorised to call a veterinary surgeon on your behalf should it be necessary.

Kennel fees commence at 9.00am on day of arrival. A full days fee will be incurred on the day of departure Booking fees are due in full should you collect animals before the due date of departure except when COLLECTIONS ARE MADE BEFORE 10.00am.

Five Oaks Boarding Kennels reserve the right to dispose of animals not collected within 15 days of the stated departure date if no communication from the owner, or the owner's agent, is received, and if efforts to contact the owners fail.

NO DOGS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A CURRENT VACCINATION CERTIFICATE.
